§ 8.28.120. Frequency of solid waste collection or removal.

The owner shall ensure that solid waste created, produced, or accumulated on the premises is either collected by the collector or properly removed pursuant to a self-haul permit at least once a week or more often as may be required to adequately serve the premises. The failure to comply with the requirements of this section is a threat to the public health, safety and welfare, and is declared and deemed a nuisance.
