§ 8.42.030. Adoption of provisions of the act.

The city adopts and incorporates by reference as if fully set forth herein, the provisions of the Act, (California Health and Safety Code, Section 25404, et seq.) as it may be amended from time to time, which established the unified program and pursuant to which the city was approved as the certified unified program agency ("CUPA") to administer and enforce the unified program for the city. The city further adopts and incorporates by reference as if fully set forth herein the regulations promulgated under the Act, as they may be amended from time to time.
