§ 8.42.100. Review of disclosure forms.

  • The Administrator or his or her designee shall review each disclosure form and shall either (1) accept the disclosure form if it conforms to the requirements of this Chapter and the unified program, and provides complete and adequate information necessary for the protection of safety and health, and the environment; or (2) return the form to the handler describing additional information that must be included in the form before it will be accepted.
