§ 9.04.030. Gas and electric meters.

It is unlawful for any person in the city, with intent to injure or defraud, to have in his or her possession any machine, appliance, contrivance or device of any character used, designed or intended to be used to prevent a gas or electric meter from correctly registering gas or electricity passing through it, or to divert gas or electricity that should pass through it.
