It is unlawful for any person conducting or maintaining any public pool or billiard
room in the city or any servant or employee of such person, to permit, suffer or allow
any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to enter, visit or remain in such
public pool or billiard room; or for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years
to enter or remain in any public pool or billiard room in the city, or for such person,
for the purpose of gaining entrance to any such public pool or billiard room in violation
of the provisions of this section, to falsely represent to the person conducting such
pool or billiard room, or to any servant or employee of such person, that such person
so representing is eighteen (18) years of age.
