§ 9.36.420. Definitions.

A.

"Dealer" means a retail firearms dealer licensed by the city.

B.

"Compact handgun" means a pistol, revolver, and any handgun designed to be concealed upon the person that has a length of six and three quarter inches (6.75″) or less or a height of four and one- half inches (4.5″) or less, measured with the magazine detached.
