§ 9.44.040. Criminal liability.

A.

Anyone who violates Section 9.44.020(A)(1) through (5) or who aids or incites such violation shall be deemed guilty of an infraction.

B.

Each violation of the notice provisions, Section 9.44.020(C)(1), shall be punishable as an infraction.
