It shall be unlawful for the city to enter into any surveillance-related contract
or other agreement that conflicts with the provisions of this Article, and any conflicting
provisions in such future contracts or agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure
agreements, shall be deemed void and legally unenforceable.
To the extent permitted by law, the city shall publicly disclose all of its surveillance-related
contracts, including any and all related non-disclosure agreements, if any, regardless
of any contract terms to the contrary.
