§ 12.44.150. Appeal procedure.
A.
The applicant shall have the right to appeal one or more permit conditions or the denial of a permit. The applicant shall also have the right to appeal the amount of fees, or cleanup deposits imposed pursuant to Section 12.44.190.
B.
A notice of appeal stating the grounds for the appeal shall be filed with the City Clerk within five days after mailing or personal delivery of a notice of denial or notice of permit condition(s).
C.
If an applicant files an appeal, the City Manager or his or her designee shall hold a hearing no later than two business days after the filing of the appeal, and will render a decision no later than one business day after hearing the appeal. The City Manager's decision is final.
