§ 13.12.035. Underground District No. 12.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
College Avenue from the southerly boundary line of the city of Berkeley southerly to the northwesterly line of Broadway.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described underground district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same, and to install an underground system for the transmission of electricity, as required by this chapter, on or before the 31st day of December, 1950.
