§ 13.12.040. Underground District No. 13.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
Madison Street from the south line of 13th Street to the north line of 14th Street.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire, or other overhead structure in the above described underground district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and to install an underground system for the transmission of electricity, as required by this chapter, on or before the 1st day of March, 1950.
