§ 13.12.115. Underground District No. 28.

The following described area in the city is designated as an underground district:
East 14th Street between the westerly property line of 57th Avenue and easterly property line of the west leg of 83rd Avenue.

Every person maintaining any pole, wire or other overhead structure in the above described district, except as provided in this chapter, is required to remove the same and install an underground system for the transmission of electricity as required by this chapter, on or before the 1st day of March, 1956.
