§ 5.04.530. Exhibit of tax certificates.

The Director of Finance and all employees of the Business Tax Section shall have the right to enter free of charge during business hours any place of business for which a tax certificate is required, for the sole purpose of verifying the existence of and to demand the exhibition of such tax certificates for the current term from any person engaged or employed in the transaction of such business.
