§ 8.44.010. Purpose and intent.

This chapter shall regulate security at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Complex and is enacted for the purpose and intent of protecting the public health, welfare and safety of the spectators and participants at events held at the facilities regulated by this Chapter.
