§ 5.04.070. Contents of certificate.

Every person required to have a certificate under the provisions of this chapter shall make application for the same to the Business Tax Section of the city, and upon payment of the prescribed tax to said Division, said Division shall issue to said person a certificate which shall contain (A) the name of the business; (B) the place where the business is to be carried on; (C) the business activity; (D) the date of the expiration of such certificate; and such other information as the Business Tax Section shall determine.
