It is unlawful for any person to conduct, maintain or cause or permit to be conducted
or maintained, or to participate in the conduct or maintenance of any miniature, pee-wee,
or Tom Thumb, golf course, or any other golf course of such nature, within the city,
unless there exists a valid permit therefor, granted and existing in compliance with
the provisions of Chapter 5.02. The investigating official referred to in Section 5.02.030, to whom the application shall be referred, shall be the Chief of Police.
